The Opportunity - Solve Problems and Save the Day Mentality
In-house application to close seamless process with fast turn times, dedicated team support for guaranteed close and extensive specialties include Full Service Mortgage Lending, Real Estate Agent Business Development, Wealth & Debt Strategy Planning, and FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional & Second Chance Loan Programs.  Onboarding specialist to get you up to speed seamlessly and marketing, event planning, management, and networking support.

In this role, you will develop, enhance and maintain relationships, educate and serve clients.  You'll be working with sharp, passionate people who will value new ideas and personal input. This role is perfectly suited to someone who wants to share knowledge, have a tangible impact on business and make a difference in their client lives. You will also play a key role in projects, activities, mentoring and empowering team members, and providing valuable input. 

The Need to Succeed - Your Skills and Experience
Sharp, forward-thinker with a passion for helping clients with their residential mortgage needs, current NMLS license and a documented track record of success. Hands-on approach to cultivating new and existing referral partnerships, past and current customer relationships, client education, and marketing communication.
  • Currently in the mortgage industry
  • Actively relationships with referral partners and existing customer database.
  • A track record of success as a Mortgage Loan Originator
  • NMLS License
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in residential mortgage sales preferred
  • Three plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience
  • Documented residential mortgage loan volume in the past 12 months of $12 million (minimum)
  • Established relationships with local referral networks
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences
  • Strong computer skills and experience utilizing laptop technology
  • Successful candidate must meet and comply with all requirements for Mortgage Loan Originators set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the required background checks and obtaining a Unique Identifier from the NMLS.
