Role Overview:
To continue our growth and success, we are seeking an Account Executive to drive engagement in our recruitment solutions. This role is focused on generating interest and supporting potential customers who attend our event and webinar-based training sessions. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and is skilled in fostering connections within the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement: Generate interest in The EMAC Group’s recruitment services by reaching out to prospective clients and following up with webinar and event attendees.
  • Event Support: Provide an exceptional experience for potential clients who attend our virtual events, ensuring they understand the value and impact of our solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the journey of understanding and engaging with our platform.
  • Sales Development: Identify and qualify leads, preparing them for further engagement by the recruitment team.
  • Market Insight: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage industry to effectively communicate our platform’s unique value.
  • CRM Management: Record and update interactions with leads in our CRM to ensure streamlined follow-up and sales tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account executive role, ideally within the mortgage or recruitment industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer experience.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and webinar platforms.
  • A proactive approach to learning about industry trends and developments.
