Drive mortgage loan production growth across multiple U.S. markets
Build, manage, and support a strong sales and operations team
Oversee origination, processing, and closing operations at the branch level
Implement strategies that grow market share, profitability, and loan volume
Maintain full accountability for performance, compliance, and execution
Meet or exceed personal and team production targets
Recruit and develop high-performing loan officers
Identify market opportunities and expansion strategies
Analyze competitors and pricing trends to stay ahead
Launch initiatives to boost volume and increase visibility
Lead branch operations with a focus on service, speed, and compliance
Set and uphold performance standards across all locations
Deliver consistent training and onboarding programs
Maximize productivity and maintain cost control
Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration
3+ years in mortgage production management
8+ years in mortgage banking and residential origination
Deep understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, GNMA, TILA, ECOA, RESPA
Proven success leading sales teams and expanding market presence
Skilled in strategy, business planning, and performance management
Strong communication, coaching, and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree and formal management training preferred
