  • Drive mortgage loan production growth across multiple U.S. markets

  • Build, manage, and support a strong sales and operations team

  • Oversee origination, processing, and closing operations at the branch level

  • Implement strategies that grow market share, profitability, and loan volume

  • Maintain full accountability for performance, compliance, and execution


🧭 Key Responsibilities:

🏑 Production + Market Growth

  • Meet or exceed personal and team production targets

  • Recruit and develop high-performing loan officers

  • Identify market opportunities and expansion strategies

  • Analyze competitors and pricing trends to stay ahead

  • Launch initiatives to boost volume and increase visibility

πŸ›  Branch Operations + Leadership

  • Lead branch operations with a focus on service, speed, and compliance

  • Set and uphold performance standards across all locations

  • Deliver consistent training and onboarding programs

  • Maximize productivity and maintain cost control

  • Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration


🧱 What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in mortgage production management

  • 8+ years in mortgage banking and residential origination

  • Deep understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, GNMA, TILA, ECOA, RESPA

  • Proven success leading sales teams and expanding market presence

  • Skilled in strategy, business planning, and performance management

  • Strong communication, coaching, and decision-making skills

  • Bachelor's degree and formal management training preferred
