We are searching for exceptional sales leaders to build and lead a robust sales and operations team, drive business development and sales strategies for expanding market share in the region, and analyze and enhance profitability.
Responsible for leading a network of branches focused on delivering exceptional service in originating, processing, and closing residential mortgage loans.
Ideal candidates are committed to excellence in leadership and customer service, possessing the skills to build quality relationships and developed expertise in several areas, such as increased sales and market share.
Possessing personality qualities that lead to success, natural leadership, team-building attributes, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsible for identifying and implementing plans to increase production and leverage business opportunities within a designated geographic area by:
~ Minimum three (3) years of retail mortgage production management experience
~ Minimum of eight years of mortgage banking origination experience.
~ A bachelor's degree is a plus. Management courses a plus
~ Skills and Abilities: Proven experience in building, leading, and guiding a motivated sales team
~ Proven success in building production, profit, and identifying market opportunities
~ Aptitude for business development and successful implementation strategies.
~ Proven decision-making capabilities and the ability to understand implications on a global and micro level.
~ Demonstrated analytical and strategic planning skills area must.
~ Must have a thorough knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, GNMA, mortgage insurer guidelines, TIL regulations, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, RESPA regulations, plus real estate and finance laws.
