About the Role
As a Sales Leader, you will play a central role in executing our national growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for recruiting experienced Loan Officers and Branch Managers, mentoring your team, and ensuring consistent operational excellence. You’ll also lead business development efforts, oversee profitability, and build a strong presence across your geographic region.
This role reports directly to executive leadership and is ideal for a hands-on mortgage professional with the drive to build and lead top-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
🧭 Leadership & Sales Growth
→ Develop and execute plans to grow production across your region
→ Recruit, train, and mentor Loan Officers and Branch Managers
→ Analyze market trends and capitalize on growth opportunities
→ Ensure your team meets or exceeds monthly production goals
📊 Profitability & Performance
→ Monitor branch performance and optimize operational efficiency
→ Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and branch profitability
→ Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability targets

→ Ensure consistent delivery of service and adherence to policies
→ Oversee compliance with industry regulations and company standards

What You Bring
✔ Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing retail mortgage production
✔ 8+ years of mortgage banking experience in sales or branch leadership
✔ Proven success in recruiting, team development, and market growth
✔ Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and regulatory compliance
✔ Strong business acumen, coaching skills, and market insight
✔ Bachelor's degree preferred; leadership training a plus

Compensation
