Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of retail mortgage production management and 8 years of mortgage banking retail origination experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven success in building, motivating, and leading sales teams to achieve production and profitability goals.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, GNMA guidelines, as well as TIL regulations, RESPA, and other compliance requirements.
- Strategic Thinking: Aptitude for analyzing data, planning strategically, and executing business development initiatives.
- Personal Characteristics: Self-motivated, adaptable, results-driven, and a skilled negotiator with a coaching mentality.
