Aggressive Growth Client IMB Seeks Regional Manager to Drive Expansion in the Southeast Region

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Build and maintain a robust sales and operations team aligned with corporate growth goals.
  • Business Development: Implement innovative sales strategies to expand market share and identify opportunities for regional growth.
  • Profitability Analysis: Continuously analyze and improve profitability, ensuring long-term financial success.
  • Recruitment Excellence: Proactively recruit seasoned Loan Officers to strengthen the region's talent pipeline.
  • Training & Development: Deliver comprehensive and timely training programs to support team performance and productivity.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and respond to competitive market trends to maintain a leading edge.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of retail mortgage production management and 8 years of mortgage banking retail origination experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven success in building, motivating, and leading sales teams to achieve production and profitability goals.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, GNMA guidelines, as well as TIL regulations, RESPA, and other compliance requirements.
  • Strategic Thinking: Aptitude for analyzing data, planning strategically, and executing business development initiatives.
  • Personal Characteristics: Self-motivated, adaptable, results-driven, and a skilled negotiator with a coaching mentality.
