What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a team of high-performing loan officers and branch managers to grow market share, boost production, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You’ll have full ownership of your region’s growth strategy, recruiting, and P&L.

Key Priorities:

  • Recruit and develop top-producing loan officers and branch teams

  • Drive consistent production and profitability across your region

  • Implement smart growth strategies to expand market presence

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure service quality and compliance

  • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and partnership

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of mortgage sales leadership experience with a track record of growth

  • Deep understanding of retail mortgage origination and secondary markets

  • Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing sales talent

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with operational discipline and P&L expertise

Compensation
