The Role
Ideally, each MLO will have 3+ years in loan origination, residential mortgage sales experience with an average of 3 loans per month and a desire to achieve higher personal goals and ability to contribute to branch success.

Proactively seek and grow relationships, expand knowledge, offer value and develop market presence through dedicated referral partnerships that create a seamless home buying experience for borrowers and new opportunities.

Deliver world-class immaculate and memorable customer service as a trusted advisor through the guiding principles of effective communication offering the right loan products and solutions, terms, and pricing and mortgage process education, in accordance of lending guidelines and client requirements.

Represent yourself and client with integrity and professionalism by bringing the brand to life in the hearts of the borrowers, and the minds of relationship partners for future referrals.

The Tasks
Establish new referral partnerships and grow existing relationships in the local market
Originate residential mortgage through a network of referral relationships
Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers
Identify and determine appropriate loan products and price that fits the borrower for loan application
Communicate and review the customer loan product details and educate the specifics of the mortgage and closing process
Collaborate with internal and external team to ensure completed transaction and timely closing
Utilize all marketing, mentor and technology support
Qualified candidate must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to the successful completion of required background checks, unique NMLS #, and residential mortgage volume documentation.
