Aggressive Growth lender seeks Experienced Area Sales Manager to expand Southwest US.
As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving market penetration in the southwest region, significantly increasing the number of credit unions, and offering unparalleled service to credit unions through training, marketing promotions, and recruitment. You will need to be well-versed in all mortgage products and underwriting criteria, actively engage in the credit union community, and abide by all of the internal policies and procedures. With your expertise, you will have the ability to bring tremendous value to the organization.
The ideal candidate for AVP Business Development must demonstrate a thorough understanding of mortgage loan products and possess a well-developed network of contacts in the credit union space. Furthermore, the candidate must possess the interpersonal skills necessary to successfully market the company’s services to credit unions across the nation.
The person selected as an AVP Business Development must have a common sense knowledge of mortgage loan products. The person selected should have an established database of contacts in the credit union space. The person selected must be outgoing, must be willing to call on credit unions throughout the country and must be willing to work whatever hours are necessary to accomplish the task at hand; that of providing a steady flow of business from credit unions.
The person selected shall be compensated based on experience and demonstrated competence in the position.
