What You’ll Lead

• Build and expand our retail footprint nationwide, opening new branches in strategic markets

• Recruit, onboard, and support high-performing loan officers and branch teams

• Collaborate with executive leadership to set growth targets and market penetration strategies

• Identify emerging markets, competitive opportunities, and expansion-worthy territories

• Drive a culture of high performance, communication, and accountability

• Partner with operations and leadership to ensure successful onboarding and sustained production

What Success Looks Like

• New retail branches launched and producing within target windows

• Strong recruiting pipeline built and maintained

• Loan officer retention and production growth quarter over quarter

• Market share expansion in targeted states and regions

• Experience as a retail mortgage sales leader with a history of market expansion
