We’re not looking for just another manager. We’re searching for a builder, a leader with the experience, drive, and vision to grow markets, build high-performing teams, and take ownership of results.
📍 Your Mission:
You’ll be responsible for launching, operating, and growing residential mortgage branches across the region. That means recruiting top-producing sales leaders and loan officers, developing local market strategies, driving sales and profitability, and building a culture of accountability, performance, and service.
🔑 What You'll Lead:
📌 Sales + Market Expansion

Recruit experienced loan officers and build a winning team

Execute business development strategies to grow market share

Identify and act on local opportunities to boost production

Coach loan officers to exceed individual and regional goals

Keep a sharp eye on market trends and competitor activity
📌 Branch Operations

Oversee day-to-day operations from origination through closing

Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service

Delegate effectively to keep operations smooth and compliant

Ensure proper staffing, training, and performance standards

Monitor expenses and adhere to pricing guidelines
📌 Profitability + Planning

Track performance KPIs and improve branch profitability

Align strategies with corporate vision and long-term goals

Recommend smart, scalable improvements to drive better results

Own the performance of your region—no excuses, just results
✅ What You Bring:

5+ years of retail mortgage production management experience
-
8+ years of mortgage banking and origination experience
-
Strong working knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA guidelines

Solid grasp of compliance, fair lending, and mortgage laws
-
A proven track record of recruiting, coaching, and leading sales teams

Strategic mindset with an eye for business development

Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal

Natural leadership presence, integrity, and team-building abilities

A passion for growing people, pipelines, and profits
Bachelor’s degree and formal leadership training are a plus... but experience, results, and mindset matter most.
