Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and sales-minded Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in sourcing top talent for our clients while also driving interest in our recruitment education programs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, engage, and recruit top mortgage industry talent for our clients through proactive sourcing, screening, and relationship-building strategies.
  • Education Sales Promotion: Promote EMAC Recruiting Academy’s education and training programs, engaging prospective clients and candidates through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster relationships with mortgage companies, banks, and credit unions, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Development: Mentor and guide candidates through the career development process, offering insights and support for their professional growth.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track education sales activity, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential enrollees and helping to drive enrollment goals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in our CRM, supporting efficient follow-up and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Prior experience in recruitment or sales, ideally within the mortgage, finance, or education sectors.
  • Sales Orientation: A natural ability to connect with people and promote education and career development solutions with enthusiasm and credibility.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a high-activity environment.
