Wholesale Account Executive

We're excited to share that our national mortgage lending client is expanding nationally! We're currently seeking experienced Wholesale Account Executives who have an existing broker base to join our team. You'll be part of a dynamic and productive team that's all about providing the best customer service and product knowledge.

Company offers a full aray of conventional and government programs, Non-QM, DPA, Manfactured Home and many other very competitively priced products. 

Primary Duties
  • Develop prospective accounts and manage all business opportunities with no defined sales territory, develop brokers and any state (except New York)
  • Source new brokers on an ongoing basis and go through a quick approval process
  • Maintain sales contact and pipeline
  • Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements 
Qualifications:
  • Develop and manage all business opportunities within a defined sales territory
  • Source new brokers on an ongoing basis and go through approval process
  • Maintain sales contact and pipeline
  • Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements
  • Must have the ability to captivate and communicate with various audiences
  • Must have the product knowledge and understanding of the Wholesale and Correspondent Mortgage Business to provide an exceptional customer experience 
  • Must have previous experience as a successful and high producing Account Executive with an existing client base
  • Must be proactive and self-starter
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
