Are you ready to join a fast paced, customer-focused organization as a Title Agent?  The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multi-task while researching and answering customer inquiries in a timely manner.  Familiarity with real estate documents, abstracts, and legal descriptions is desirable. 

The Job Summary
Title Services Representative will review all documentation to ensure marketable/insurable title. Communicates with all parties involved to facilitate all title curative issues in a timely manner. Responsible for the completion of all aspects of the quality control and curative process established by the company. 

The Role
Perform data requirement on title orders
Complete/Review title commitments and search reports for accuracy and assure required items are accounted
Retrieve and process information and provide communication to clients
Recognize any defects, exceptions and special requirements and work to clear the issues
Work with all parties including borrowers, sellers, attorneys, lien holders, and creditors to resolve outstanding issues
Generate searches and reports, and retrieve documents as part of support services on research requests
Process mail and courier deliveries for incoming and outgoing title work
Provide other clerical and research support as needed

Core Competencies
Be observant of all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to your role
How to use basic copy and scanning equipment and common word-processing and spreadsheet programs, like Microsoft Word and Excel
Prior experience using document imaging systems highly preferred
Detail-oriented, organized and an effective communicator
Ability to interact positively within a team environment
Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word); Knowledge of client-based systems; Attention to detail; Motivated and positive team player; Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; Ability to problem solve in a growing, expanding business; Ability to multi-task in fast-pace environment
Job Requirements
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
Two-years general administrative experience with related title experience desirable
Computer skills, including but not limited to, computer literacy of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Data Base Software Applications
Effective analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work under deadline pressures
Knowledge of real estate, title, vendor management and/or mortgage business is preferred
Ability to interact positively within a team environment

Education and Experience
Associate/Technical Degree
Experience: Two (2) or more years’ loan processing or related experience

Preferred Experience
6 Months - 1 Year
